- Drink more water, cut down on alcohol (harder than you think being 23 and a mum of 2!)
- Make a healthy eating plan and stick to it. REALLY HARD!
- Start walking more, instead of using the car or buses during the day.
Phase 2 Using my healthy eating plan to learn how to cook healthily, eat better, feel better, and lose a bit of weight for my wedding and honeymoon.

Im going to make a healthy eating & exercise plan & stick to it.
& for phase 3 im going to train for a marathon.. well prob not a full one! lol but maybe a mini one? .. it seems impossible after writing it on here now mind lol
